Day 12:   Recommended Off

Day 12: Recommended Off                  

Use this day to let your glutes rest. You can use your normal Back, Arms or Chest workout. If you do not have one I recommend "Extreme Fat Loss" or "Get Toned " programs

    • These workouts are designed for use at the home or at the gym. You can move these rest days to coordinate with your existing workout routine. The important thing is to add the 2 workout days that concentrate on your butt weekly,  and to get enough rest in between the workouts to recover
