Alternating Single Leg RDLs - 60 seconds
Leg Thrusts - 60 seconds
Tuck Jumps - 60 seconds
Rest - 60 seconds

Round 3:  3 Circuits

Air Squats - 60 seconds
Russian Twists - 60 seconds
Lunges - 60 seconds
Rest - 60 seconds
