In Place Lunges - 45 seconds

Round 2:  3 Circuits

Squat Rocks - 45 seconds
Russian Twists - 45 seconds
High Knee Running - 45 seconds
Rest - 45 seconds

Round 3:  3 Circuits

Body Weight Curtsy Lunges - 45 seconds
Planks - 45 seconds
Butt Kicks - 45 seconds
Rest - 45 seconds

    • Keep kicking butt, and pushing yourself, you will see results!
