Single Leg Glute Bridge Holds - 45 seconds
Run In Place - 45 seconds
Rest - 45 seconds

Round 3:  3 Circuits

Squat Pulses - 45 seconds
Body Weight Glute Bridge Holds- 45 seconds
Russian Leg Extensions - 45 seconds
Rest - 45 seconds
