- It'd time to kick Abs again. I'm sure you already know now, that this day is a tough workout to complete all the way through, but don't worry, your core is getting stronger.
- Fight the soreness and really push hard today. You wont regret it .
- Note:If you start to feel like you are using other muscles to finish an exercise (normally back, neck, or quads), then rest the rest of the allotted time and start the next one when the time comes
